Delicate daisy and playful bows – a wedding bursting with joy & charm

Gemma had a vision of how she wanted her wedding day to look. Having pretty daisies and bows as part of the whole wedding day. It was so much fun creating this soft romantic and fun summery wedding! We chose an airy summer colour palette of ivory, blush, cappuccino and buttery yellow.

Guest arrived at beautiful Lapstone Barn to a welcome sign tied with a large ivory satin bow. With meadow flowers underneath. Following on into the snug where a country stone urn filled with romantic meadow flowers continued the style. We chose a perfect mix of summer garden flowers including tall white delphiniums, spray roses, garden roses, dahlia, and dancing daisies— creating a relaxed yet elegant countryside feels. Beautiful meadow flower arrangements at the top of the aisle and in front of the ceremonial table, surrounded them with flowers for their ceremony. Pretty ivory bows dressed the chairs.

For Gemma’s bouquet she carried a soft airy natural bouquet of matching seasonal blooms, tied with long ivory satin trailing ribbons for a natural, boho vibe. Gemma looked stunning in a sequinned Anya Bridal Couture gown. Her bridesmaids wore cappuccino satin dresses and carried smaller versions of Gemma’s bouquet, with trailing cappuccino ribbons to match for a beautiful cohesive stylish look.

After a romantic ceremony in the main barn, guests enjoyed the amazing summer day with a drink’s reception outside with its far-reaching Cotswold country views.
We styled long banqueting tables with vintage gold urns and glass bud vases, brimming with blooms in the day’s soft, layered palette. The Bow Daisy theme carried through with matt gold candlesticks playfully tied with charming ribbon bows. Gemma had collected a collection of champagne coupe glasses, which were also tied with a pretty bow for every guest to enjoy. Bringing everything together for a breathtaking reception.

A day filled with joy, romance, and flowers that celebrated the simple beauty of summer in the Cotswolds.
