Gorgeous Summer Wedding of vintage pinks & peach florals at stunning Stone Barn

It was such a joy to work with Alexis and Jonny and bring their floral inspiration to life. What a dreamy day at the stunning Stone Barn. Their vision was to blend the beauty of the Cotswold countryside with the warmth of the Mediterranean, reflecting Alexis Italian and Jonny’s Romanian heritage.

The ceremony featured a breathtaking floral and foliage chandelier suspended above the aisle, complemented by romantic meadow-style arrangements and a beautiful urn greeted guests filled with the same stunning flowers alongside tall white delphinium — creating a naturally elegant, textural setting for their vows.

Afterwards, guests enjoyed a relaxed garden drinks reception where friendly, fun-loving alpacas joined the celebrations — a joyful highlight alongside a fun pink Birdie Camper Van photobooth for plenty of laughter and keepsake memories.

At the reception guest tables of abundant floral designs of the same delicate shades as their ceremony looked incredible alongside the beautiful tableware and glassware from Alba Tableware bringing everything together with effortless style. A mix of round guest tables alongside a long trestle table created a relaxed yet refined layout, each styled with French vintage brass candlesticks, and soft pink candles for a warm, romantic Mediterranean glow.

Their vision combined pale summer pinks, blush, peaches, whites, and creams — one of my favourite palettes for timeless, elegant florals. We designed with luxurious David Austin ‘Juliet’ roses, Quicksand blush roses, and striking sugar-pink Protea for a touch of modern texture and warmth, along with Olive and Italian foliage.
