Danielle and Harry’s brief and inspiration from our very first zoom consultation was for a romantic Cotswold wedding in soft pastels. A true fairytale celebration set against the timeless beauty of the English countryside. Lapstone Barn with its honey-stone architecture and sweeping rural views, provided the perfect setting.
To create the quintessential English garden aesthetic, we curated a soft, refined palette of peach, blush, ivory and pure whites. Luxurious garden roses with delicate, ruffled petals were paired with elegant stock and romantic ranunculus, resulting in beautifully natural, light-filled beautiful setting.

Danielle’s bouquet was designed to feel as though it had been freshly gathered from an abundant country garden — softly asymmetrical in shape, with a touch of gentle foliage. Fragrant lily of the valley added a timeless delicacy and subtle fragrance.
Danielle looked stunning. Her bouquet perfectly complemented her exquisite TM Fler lace gown, while her bridesmaids in rich burgundy dresses introduced a warm contrast to the other delicate colours.Trailing chiffon ribbons added a graceful touch that echoed the relaxed romance of the day.
Harry and his groomsmen wore natural-toned suits to maintain the soft, country-inspired aesthetic. Their refined boutonnieres were delicately tied with coordinating ribbons for a cohesive and elegant finish.
And of course, the true star of the show was the couple’s beloved dog, Nala with her adorable personality looking so sweet surrounded by flowers for photos had many admirers.

Guests were greeted with a beautiful meadow flower design along with soft candlelight in the entrance hall leading to the snug with a classic country urn arrangement, overflowing with seasonal blooms which welcomed guests as they made their way into the main barn for the ceremony
The ceremony centred around a show-stopping full floral arch, abundant with peach and blush blooms with natural foliage. Designed to feel lush yet refined, it beautifully framed Danielle and Harry as they exchanged vows.
Meadow floral arrangements lined the aisle, creating the magical sensation of walking through a blooming English meadow. The softness and movement of the flowers brought the outside in, enhancing the rustic elegance and charm of the pale Cotswold stone walls and rural setting. Soft white ceiling drapes added to the romance.

The English Country House style of the wedding continued seamlessly into the reception. Romantic white ceiling drapes and white floor length tablecloths added to the soft romantic style of the day. We styled round guest tables with ivory mini urns briming with Roses & spray roses with dancing anemone and ranunculus, along with delicate foliage. Pretty glass bud vases of whimsical flowers added dimension and charm around each floral urn.

Sally Gill Flowers offers table styling as part of our floral design service. I love how it brings everything together on the day. We used an abundance of candlelight creating a warm, intimate atmosphere. Pale blush, nude and off-white lux candles were placed in elegant glass candlesticks and covered with tall glass hurricane sleeves, casting a romantic glow throughout the barn.
The top table was set with lots more flowers in glass bud vases and matching candlesticks and glass candle sleeves for a cohesive look to the whole room. The large collection of aisle meadow flowers were enjoyed along the front of the top table adding real wow factor!
To extend the magic, we also re-positioned the dreamy ceremony arch to frame their stunning wedding cake, allowing guests to admire its beauty once again.

A truly unforgettable day – timeless, romantic, and filled with floral storytelling at its finest.
